Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International orders (if available): 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Thorn & Tome is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
